As far as coffee making goes, it is relatively standard.

However, with the Bunn GRX Coffee Maker, it is safe to say that you get more bang for your buck. It is not overly expensive and easily found and purchased, unlike some other coffee makers of its class. It is very easy to clean and easy to run. The timer needs little to no explanation, so it is ready to be used right out of the box. The Bunn GRX Coffee Maker has a new timing mechanism that basically times itself with little intervention from the user of the coffee maker.

One main complaint that many consumers have about the Bunn GRX Coffee Maker is the possibility of leakage creation. In many cases, it has been documented that the grade of plastic is not enough to stand up to the heat that is produced by this particular coffee maker. This can result in melting or cracking of the plastic and eventually the destruction of the pot. Though this is not standard on the Bunn GRX Coffee Maker, there is no cause for concern or enough to think twice before committing to this coffee maker for primary use.
